This Privacy Policy explains how Johnny Bravo d/b/a “DAx” (“DAx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, complete our questionnaires/surveys, or engage us for consulting services (together, the “Services”).
We designed our process to avoid collecting consumer data such as applicant SSNs or credit reports. If your organization accidentally sends that kind of information to us, see “Data We Don’t Intend to Receive” below.

What We Collect
1) Business Contact & Account Information
- Name, work email, phone, company, role/title.
- Messages you send us (e.g., through inquiry forms or email).
- Scheduling information if you book a meeting.
2) Questionnaire/Survey Responses
- Your organization’s process details (e.g., screening governance, dispute workflows).
- Operational metrics needed to prepare a defensibility risk brief or consulting deliverables.
We intend these responses to be business-process information, not consumer personal information.
3) Website & Device Information (limited)
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps).
- If we use analytics, it is to understand general site usage and improve content. We do not use cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data We Don’t Intend to Receive (Please Don’t Send)
We do not want consumer personal information such as: Social Security numbers, dates of birth, credit reports, criminal/eviction reports, bank statements, pay stubs, driver’s licenses, or other sensitive applicant/tenant data.
If such information is inadvertently provided, we may delete or return it and may charge reasonable handling time associated with secure disposal.

- Communicate with you about projects, logistics, and updates.
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot our website and files.
- Business operations such as accounting, recordkeeping, and legal compliance.

You can request access to, deletion of, or correction of your business contact information and questionnaire responses associated with you.

- Categories collected: identifiers (e.g., name, work email), professional information (role/company), and questionnaire content about business processes.
- Sources: directly from you or your organization; automatically from your device when you visit our site.
- Business purposes: as described in How We Use Information.
- Selling/Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Sensitive information: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
